My Origin won't install as it says it can't connect to the internet when I'm fully connected (well I have full wifi) I've spent a day trying to install the update on a website but it's taking AGES I as wondering if I uninstalled origin would I lose everything in my sims 4 game my mum suggested it but I'm not sure what will happen please help!!

Are you unable to install the origin program after you have downloaded it from the site? Try saving the download file to a place on your desktop , then try to install the program.
If you still have problems, try clean booting the computer then try installing origin.

it wont download from the site. it said that it was unable to download, thanks for the help though =) - edited November 2015Check to make sure that your anti virus or firewall programs are not stopping it from being downloaded.

- edited November 2015Shut down your computer completely. Then restart the computer, go to the origin site and try to download the program.
Check that you are trying to download the right version of origin, not the Mac version.

Are you continuing to be unable to download the origin program file from the site? Or are you now able to download the file but not install it? Could you perhaps try downloading the program file using a diferent computer or internet access then transfer the file onto your simming computer, and install the origin program that way.
